**What to Do if Your NFTs Have Errors After Uploading Your JSON File?**

When uploading your JSON file/metadata to the JPG Store minting platform, please double-check your NFTs/tokens to ensure they have the correct format. If the format is incorrect, the minting platform will not accept your JSON file while errors are present.

## **How to Pin Your Files to IPFS Using Pinata**
**Step 1: Create a Pinata account**
Before you can begin pinning files to IPFS with Pinata, you must sign up for a Pinata account. 

Head over to the Pinata [website](https://pinata.cloud/), click on the "Get Started" button in the top right corner and create an account if you don't already have one. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

**Step 3: Upload your file**
Once logged into your Pinata account, you’ll land straight on your dashboard. Ensure you’re inside your “Files” tab, and click the “+ Upload” button in the top right corner.

You can upload a folder, file, or CID (content identifier). You can upload any file type, including images, videos, audio, and documents, and each file may be up to 250MB.

Once uploaded, Pinata automatically pins it to the IPFS network. Pinning a file means storing it on multiple IPFS nodes, ensuring it's 24/7 available to anyone who wants to access it. Pinning also helps to ensure permanence so that the file is not deleted from the network.

**Step 4: Retrieving a pinned file**
Now that your file is pinned and lives on IPFS, how do you retrieve it from amongst the masses? Pinata makes file retrieval fast and easy. Return to your dashboard, and you will see the details of your freshly pinned file.

To preserve our store's integrity and quality, we will review all artwork/collections submitted. We reserve the right to delay or decline the verification of a collection for any of the following reasons:

- 🚫  Pornography or obscene content
- 🚫  Violent, hateful, or offensive material
- 🚫  Plagiarized artwork/Infringement of Copyright
- ⚠️  Suspected scam or rug pull
- ⚠️ Significant concerns reported by the community
- ⚠️ Improperly structured metadata

While we strive to support all artists in the Cardano community, any submitted artwork or collection that does not meet the minimum standards of the community’s expectations for our marketplace may be declined at our discretion. 

**For collections minted through JPG Store**

- When you create your collection through the JPG Store minting platform, you will see a section called “Verify My Collection” at the bottom. Fill out the desired URL for your collection (no special characters allowed), which our team will review within 48-72 hours.

⚠️ **Important:** Please send a DM to our Listing Twitter account [@jpgstorelist](https://x.com/jpgstorelist) through your official collection’s Twitter account to confirm that you are the creator who sent in the request. Please include the name of the collection in the DM. Failure to do so may result in delays in getting your project verified.

- If you have previously created a collection through the JPG Store minting platform, you access it by going to the “Creations” page and clicking “Edit Info” on the desired collection. You will see the option to submit for verification at the bottom of the page. 

**For collections minted through other platforms**
If your collection was minted through another service outside of JPG Store, please send a DM to [@jpgstorelist](https://x.com/jpgstorelist) from your project’s official Twitter account with the following information:

- The **name** of your collection

- The **policy ID** of your collection

- The **stake key** of the wallet you would like to use to make changes to your collection. This can be any non-hardware wallet you wish to use to connect to JPG Store and does not have to be the same as the collection’s royalty wallet. (Hardware wallets such as Ledger and Yoroi wallet are currently NOT supported)  

**Not sure where to find your stake key**? Go to [Cardanoscan](https://cardanoscan.io/) and paste your wallet address in the search bar. Look for a section called “Controlled Stake Key”. Your stake key will start with “stake1” followed by a string of characters and numbers. If you do not see a stake key shown, your wallet likely does not have one and cannot be used for this process. 

- We will attach the collection to the stake key of the wallet provided and confirm with you via Twitter DMs when this is completed.

- Connect that wallet to JPG Store, hover over your profile indicator (in the top right hand corner where your ADA amount is displayed) and click on “Creations”

- You should now see your collection in the list. Click on “Edit Info”

- Fill out all the required details. You can optionally add social links such as your project’s Twitter account, Discord server, and website.

- At the bottom of the page, there will be a section to request verification for this collection. Fill out the desired URL slug (**no special characters except hyphens allowed**), double check the royalty information is correct, and hit Save to submit the verification request.

## **How long does verification take?**
We aim to get all projects reviewed as soon as possible. However, some factors may affect verification time.

- **Allow up to 72 hours for your request to be reviewed**.
- **Mint date**: We aim to get all projects reviewed by their mint date. If it has been over 72 hours since the [JPG Listing Twitter](https://x.com/jpgstorelist) has gotten back to you, please follow up with us by sending a further direct message.
- **Invalid information**: If the verification form is filled out improperly (ex. linking to a twitter account that doesn't exist or having inaccurate collection details) we may have difficulties completing your request or deny it pending changes.
- **Missing contact information**: We may need to contact you to confirm some information. If we cannot get in touch with you, we may be unable to complete the verification process. We will generally reach out to you on Discord or X - so please make sure you have DMs enabled and a valid social account on your verification request.

## **How to Edit Verified Collection Info on Jpg Store**
**For collections minted through JPG Store** 
If you have previously created a collection through the JPG Store minting platform, you access and edit it by going to the “Creations” page on your profile and clicking “Edit Info” on the desired collection.  

**For collections minted through other platforms **
Once a stake key has been connected to your collection following the steps mentioned above, you can request an edit to its details by going to the “Creations” tab in your profile and clicking “Edit Info” on the desired collection.

## **The Jpg Store Minting Calendar & Verification Process**
Minting Calendar requests are subject to Verification as well. Minting calendar requests will not be automatically approved, they are reviewed and approved at the team's discretion. We retain the right to deny access to the minting calendar.
To request access to the minting calendar, head over to your Collection Dashboard. Once you complete all of the steps and see green check marks for each section, click on "Review and Mint".

2. **Provide Required Information:**
- Send the **policy ID** of your token.
- Include the **policy IDs** of all NFT collections you want the token appear on.

3. **Wait for Processing:**
- Token addition requests follow the same [processing time](https://intercom.help/jpgstore/en/articles/10172808-how-long-does-verification-take) as verification requests.

**Important Notes**

- Ensure your request contains all required information, as incomplete requests will not be processed.
- Responses may take time due to processing queues.
- Requests from X accounts not associated with the collection on JPG Store will be ignored.

## **Jpg Store Minting Questions & Answers FAQ**
**Does jpg.store support multiple policy IDs within a collection?**
Our collection pages currently only support **one policy ID** each.

**If your project has multiple policy IDs**: If you're submitting verification forms for multiple policy IDs, please fill out a new form for each policy ID. Make sure the names you use are unique. You can differentiate them by adding "Part 1," "Part 2," and so on to the collection name, or use any naming convention you prefer.
**Please note jpg.store does not support fungible token collections (FT's)**

**Do I need to mint a royalty token to collect royalties?**
If you have a royalty token, we will follow what is stipulated in the token. If you do not have a royalty token and would like to collect royalties, please provide a wallet address and the amount of royalties you wish to collect in the verification form.

**Can I change my royalty wallet address after my collection is verified?**
Yes, you can change the royalty wallet address after verification, but this could cause issues with listings. If you make changes to the wallet address or percentage, it's a good idea to let your community know of the changes and have them delist/relist their assets to pick up the changes. Changes to royalty address and percentages are subject to approval.


**Why do some items not show up in my collection?**
This may happen when a collection is newly minted or the data needs to be scraped from the blockchain. Please create a support ticket and our team can assist you with this.
