## **What are the fees?**
When interacting with JPG Store or the Cardano blockchain, you’ll encounter two main categories of fees: **JPG Store Fees **and** Cardano Fees**. Each type of fee serves a specific purpose and applies in different situations. Below is a detailed breakdown.

**1. JPG Store Fees
**These fees apply specifically to transactions conducted on the JPG Store marketplace. They support the platform’s operations, including facilitating NFT sales, minting, lending, and borrowing.

 

Fee Details:
Buying, Selling, Lending, or Borrowing an NFT:

Amount: 2% of the sale price (minimum fee: 1 ADA).

When Incurred: Any transaction involving NFT sales, loans, or borrowings.

Minting an NFT:

Amount: 5% of the sale price + 2 ADA.

When Incurred: When creating and minting a new NFT on JPG Store.

These fees ensure the platform can continue providing reliable and efficient services to its users.

**2. Cardano Fees
**Cardano fees are protocol-level fees designed to support blockchain security, transaction validation, and efficient operations.

 

Types of Cardano Fees:
**a. Regular Transaction Fees**
Purpose: Compensates network validators for processing transactions.

How Calculated:

Base Fee: A fixed component determined by Cardano’s linearFeeA parameter.

Variable Fee: Scales with the size of the transaction (linearFeeB).

When Incurred:

Sending or receiving ADA.

Transferring tokens or NFTs.

**b. Contract Execution Fees**
Purpose: Covers the cost of executing smart contracts.

Amount: Varies based on the operation's complexity and the contract’s optimization.

When Incurred:

Purchasing or selling NFTs.

Accepting offers.

Delisting assets.

Updating contracts.

**c. MinUTxO (Minimum ADA Requirement)**
Purpose: Ensures network security by preventing spam or Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

Amount: Typically around 1 ADA (exact amount depends on the size of the UTxO).

Key Notes:

Not a fee but a minimum balance requirement.

Refunded when the UTxO is unlocked:

For Sellers: Upon delisting an asset.

For Buyers: Upon completing a purchase.

Listing assets for sale.

If you own an NFT, you can list it for sale in just a few simple steps. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Go to “My NFTs”:

Navigate to your Profile and click on the “My NFTs” tab.

Here, you will see a list of all the NFTs you currently own.

2. Choose the NFT You Want to Sell:

Locate the NFT you wish to sell from your collection.

You can also use the Search feature to locate your NFT.

3. List Your NFT for Sale:

Click on the “Sell NFT” button.

Enter the price at which you want to sell the NFT.

4. Review Fees Before Listing:

A 2% service fee will apply to the final sale price.

Royalty fees, if set by the creator, will also be displayed before you confirm the listing.

5. Confirm the Listing:

Double-check the details (price and fees) and confirm to put your NFT up for sale.

## **What are Bundles?**
Bundles are multiple assets from the same collection, sold together as a "package". 
This may be your easiest option when you wish to sell or buy various NFTs in bulk!

To create a bundle, click "New Bundle" from the profile > My NFTs tab, as shown above.

Then click on the collection you want to create the bundle for. This will display only assets from that collection for you to select which you want to add to the bundle.

After you have chosen the assets, click on "Create Bundle". You will set the price that you will sell the entire bundle of assets for. Sign your wallet to finish and confirm the listing.

Bulk list allows users to list different assets from different collections at the same time. These NFTs will be listed individually and not as a bundle. 

**How to Bulk List NFTs on JPG Store:**
Firstly, click on "Bulk List" and select the assets you want to list for sale. 

Then click on "Create listings". From there, you can either make every price the same for each asset by filling in the price at the very bottom of the window and clicking "apply to all", or you can individually price the assets. 

Click on "Proceed to Review" after you've determined your prices. It will show you a breakdown of how much to expect for each asset's sale on the next page.

Steps to Update Your Listing Price
From the Profile Page
Access Your Profile: Hover over your JPG Store profile picture in the top-right corner of the page, then select the Profile button.

Open Listings:** Select the Listings tab below your profile information.

Locate Your NFT: Find the NFT listing you want to update.

Update the Price: Click the Update Price button.

Confirm the Change: Enter the new price and confirm the update by signing the transaction in your Cardano wallet.

Locate Your Asset: Find the asset by:

Searching your JPG Store profile

Searching within the NFT collection page

Using the Search feature

Select the NFT: Click on the bottom section of your NFT where the name and price are displayed.

"Collection Offers" indicate that a buyer has put forth an amount for which he is willing to purchase any NFT from a specific collection.

These offers are sent to every owner of an NFT in the said collection and are not individual offers on specific NFTs.

When you receive a "Collection Offer" you may decide to "Instant Sell" any NFT you own from the collection that received this offer.

## **Making a Counter Offer on Jpg.Store**
Counter offers are an available method to allow some back and forth between a seller and a potential buyer.

When you receive an offer for one of your NFTs that doesn't satisfy you, you can send a counteroffer to the user with an amount you would be willing to accept.

Please be aware that each asset is associated with its own distinct collection offer. Consequently, every individual Collection Offer will come with royalties and service fees, including a minimum fee of 1 ada.

To illustrate, consider the following example: there are 20 Collection Offers available, each at 5 ada. A user owns 20 assets and wants to sell all of them. In this scenario, 1 ada will be allocated for royalties, and an additional 1 ada will cover the service fee for each individual asset included in the offer, as seen below.
