Ingredients:

3 Large ripe bananas
170g unsalted butter
3 eggs
90ml honey
140g fruit & nut muesli 
50g dark chocolate
100g walnuts 
175g of self raising flour

Ingredients

In the mix method:

-Preheat oven to 160 C 🔥 (fan oven)

-Mash up 3 riped bananas

-Add melted butter

-Whisk up 3 eggs and pour into the bowl

-Add the honey and mix well

-Add the muesli and put some more muscle mix into it 💪🏼

-Add the walnuts and chocolate shavings 

-sieve the flour and go for the all out last mix in the bowl💪🏼 💪🏼💪🏼

-Pour the mixture into the baking tray. Then add muesli, dark chcocolate, walnuts and sliced bananas as toppings

-Bake in the oven for 60 mins. Enjoy 😉
